Places are an important part of memories.
These are the places you should not miss.
Born on the same day in history as the birth of the National Park idea. For the first time in history land was preserved for it’s natural beauty so people could enjoy it. On June 30, 1864 President Lincoln signed The Yosemite Land Grant setting aside The Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias.
There are three major mountain ranges in the continental USA. In the Rockies there are 58 mountain peaks over 14,000 feet. Mount Elbert is the tallest of them all. Mount Elbert soars to 14,439 feet.
FAMILY HISTORY
